Magnolia Village is a bright, beautiful, land lease community with 196 sites.  The active residents enjoy several amenities such as; a lovely heated pool with a large tiled patio perfect for picnics year round. The shuffleboard courts and horseshoe field are always full of competitive fun.  The community also enjoys a library, RV storage and the large brick clubhouse where you’ll find lots of activities to participate in. Bingo, card games, golf outings, potlucks, luncheons, parties, and dances are among the favorite activities of the residents.

The rural setting of the community is truly lovely. There are many beautiful trees including citrus and majestic palms.

The Sunshine Community Corporate Team along with the Magnolia Village manager plans a Resident Appreciation Day every year in the spring, a Strawberry Festival. This event is always a well-attended big event.

Several years ago, Newby management developed a resident satisfaction monitoring system for each of their communities called InsightTRACK. Once a year residents are randomly surveyed for their opinions. Tracking this information from year to year helps management serve its residents better. Management teams who excel in service are rewarded.
