I would like to congratulate your staff at Pleasant Lake for the wonderful environment that you have created . . . The resort has never been cleaner and the staff so pleasant and accommodating. . . . roving speed limit sign posts, timely waste pickup, complaints if any- attended to quite quickly . . . management strawberry and ice cream social plus speeches from senior staff are much appreciated, and last but not least, office manager's ability to convey managements rules and philosophies and have that perception accepted by the residents. Kathy and her staff have made our stay quite enjoyable and we look forward to returning next season, as we have for the past 14 years.
