The Newby Management Corporate Team along with the Royal Palms Community Manager plans two Resident Appreciation Days every year. In the spring, it's a Strawberry Festival and in the summer a BBQ. Several years ago, Newby management developed a resident satisfaction monitoring system for each of their communities called InsightTRACK. Once a year residents are randomly surveyed for their opinions. Tracking this information from year to year helps management serve its residents better.
