Sundance Village is centrally located between Disney and Tampa.  Residents enjoy a beautiful playground and plenty of bike riding space. There is a huge sports center about a mile and a half away where kids can play basketball and just about any other sport.  A lovely park surrounds the back if the community, where there is a swimming pool. The huge oak trees create a beautiful canopy and make a serene setting for painting, reading or watching the children play. 

The Newby Management Corporate Team along with the Sundance Village Management Team plans two Resident Appreciation Days every year. In the spring, it's a Strawberry Festival and in the summer a BBQ. Several years ago, Newby management developed a resident satisfaction monitoring system for each of their communities called InsightTRACK. Once a year residents are randomly surveyed for their opinions. Tracking this information from year to year helps management serve its residents better. Management teams who excel in service are rewarded.
