Winterset RV Resort is a 55+ community with 220 sites located just south of the beautiful Sunshine Skyway bridge crossing Tampa Bay. Residents are less than 30 miles from all the amenities the Tampa Bay area has to offer; major league baseball, fishing, beautiful beaches, museums, and theater, while at the same time enjoy a tranquil rural setting in Winterset.

The Newby Management Corporate Team along with the Winterset Community Team plans two Resident Appreciation Days every year. In the spring, it's a Strawberry Festival and in the summer a BBQ. Several years ago, Newby management developed a resident satisfaction monitoring system for each of their communities called InsightTRACK. Once a year residents are randomly surveyed for their opinions. Tracking this information from year to year helps management serve its residents better. Managerment teams who excel in service are rewarded.
